The Compact Framework team has announced the availability of Compact Framework 2.0 SP2.
SP2 for the most part is a bunch of bug fixes. It does include a new feature in the Remote Process Monitor to help find memory leaks. Essentially you can get a snapshot of the heap. Steven Pratschner has written a comprehensive explanation of how to use the feature to find memory leaks.
